A lady found this puppy when she bought her new house: chained to a wall, with no shelter and food or water.
Tried to escape, she hurt herself – got attacked by flies. She called us and we tried to reach there to save her. Surprisingly it’s not only 1 but there are 2 stuck here, both are very scared and kept hiding when they saw us.
