Belgian Malinois dog Rescued From 114 Degree Heat.
We got a call about a dog who was lying in the middle of the road in Thermal for over an hour and could not move.
They were not sure if he had been hit by a car but there was blood on his paws. It was 115 degrees and the dog was sitting on hot pavement. The heat alone was going to kill him. His situation was dire.
